The 10 microns thick Electrode remains onto the nerve via capilarity. As soon as the surgeon creates a traumatic traction of the nerve, dramatic changes are visible in the Nerve Potentials but they quickly recover. This real time feedback guides the surgiacal gesture in order to preserve the Patient's Hearing functions. At the end of the surgery, Nerve Potentials are still there with good quality: the Patient Audition has been preserved.
